Vellum is 90gr transparent paper. The lighter weight of the paper makes it very suitable for use as an inlay or inner card whilel it is still firm enough for other Pergmanao techinique such as perforating embossing and cutting. The magnolia flower design makes it unique to combinate with a coloured paper.
