Botz Engobe Edition high-quality stoneware engobes. Wonderfully stable in firing range of 1220-1280°C (ideal: 1250°C), with a 30 min soak.

• 1220°C: silk-matt, ochre-yellow with fine black specks
• 1250°C: silk-matt, light ochre-yellow with fine black specks
• 1280°C: matt, pastel-like ochre-yellow with fine black specks

Finish has a silk-matt, light ochre-yellow glaze with fine black specks. Application requires 2-3 coats, and will be slightly lighter with 3 coats, and is recommended for tableware. when fired at 1220°C: greenish-grey strongly tinctured with anthracite-coloured precipitations, silk-matt. Glaze turns very hard, and is suited for tableware.
